Xsite Future Project Trinity Cambers - Middlesbrough

Conversion of an old warehouse building into 25,000 sqf. of office space for speculative letting.

The structure of a new mezzanine structure provides floor space for offices organised around a central atrium 'street'. A roof light lantern projects through the apex of the warehouse roof, providing daylight tot the deep building plan and forming a striking feature in the building roof space. External over-cladding with black profiled  metal provides a faint pin-stripe aesthetic with projecting vertical box windows and coloured reveals, creating a bold adaptation of the industrial aesthetic.

Tofee Factory - Newcastle

The design of the refurbished Victorian factory aims to retain and exploit the qualities of the existing brick structures and extending it to provide 2,600 sqm. of office space.

I think that the renovation of the building is a great way to modernize it and provide all of that extra space for office and commercial purposes. I also respect the fact that some of the existing features of the old Victorian factory are kept untouched, such as the brick structure and chimney. The bright colours and the illuminating lights give a feel of individuality and character of the whole building.

Plovdiv, Bulgaria Personal Photos

In terms of architecture, the main street Nikola Giaurov is more modern than the Old Plovdiv with its Art Deco and Art Neuveau buildings. Many of them are used as galleries, private accommodations, shopping centers and clubs.
